I didn't stick around long, as there were more stops to make. The next Walmart I went to had some 2020 B case cars. Again more stuff I didn't need. There were also some dump bins, but it was the same cars as the first Walmart.
I ended up checking a near by Target. The same story as Walmart, nothing I needed. The pegs were full with various remnants. There was also a plethora of the Target Throwback assortment.
The last and final stop is where I won. This Walmart, had the last cars from the Exotics set I wanted. There were also two dump bins, but they were filled with old and tattered remnants. I decided to not do a heads-up post for these, as they were obviously leftovers. Most of what was left was severely broken open.
Thankfully I was able to find some that weren't broken. The Mclaren I got is a little cracked from the wing though. I figured that it wasn't as bad as the one pictured above, so I went ahead and got it.
Between the two blue Mclaren P1s that I have, this is my favorite. I have stated before how I like brighter colors on exotic cars. The other one is the dark blue release from the 2016 Exotics mainline assortment. The 2016 release had chrome wheels, where as this one has grey wheels. In my opinion, chrome wheels just don't work on a hyper car such as this one. Next is the Porsche 934 Turbo RSR.
The metal flake orange that they used on this is awesome, and pictures don't do it justice. They did this car right by choosing lace wheels in gold. As such, it really stands out from my other 934 Turbo RSR releases. Now on to that gold Huracan.
Once again pictures don't do these cars justice. This Lamborghini has metal flake gold paint. Just like the Porsche, it really pops when light is shined on it. It's design is not over the top, but it does get the point across that it's track ready and built to win. Last but not least is the Corvette.
When I first saw pictures of it, I was worried that I wouldn't like it. If not done right, red with green might be too much of a Christmas theme. After looking at it in person though, I decided it wasn't that bad. Plus I like dark green Corvettes. Although not over the wheel well like real corvettes, I do like the realistic Corvette fender stripes. The last car from this set that I'm missing is the Ford GT, but I don't care for this release of it that much. However, if I find it I will post about it.
Thanks for stopping by, Happy hunting!
