There exist a place high above the boulevard where going fast is a way of life for all it's residents. That place is known as Star BLVD, and the Star Racers are the fastest racers there. There are of course other racers, but no one is faster than them!
Protecting all of the Star Racers, as well as the other residents of Star BLVD, are KING and Queen. King is the white star with a red glow. At full power, he is seen with two additional glowing rings around him. Queen is the teal star, and her ability makes her just as fast as king.
King's Ability: Infinity
This power is rivaled by none. Each of the Star Racers abilities are basically a weaker version of what King can do.
Queen's Ability: Duplicate
This power is also rivaled by none. Using this ability, Queen can copy and use the ability of King, as well as any of the other Star characters

The main character, as well as the oldest sibling in the Rpm Star Family. His motto is: ''can't clock my speed!''
Ability: Super Speed
If you blink, you will miss him! This ability allows him to finish first almost every time.
The brother of Max and Lily Rpm Star. He was born second. At full speed, he's seen glowing with a swirling vortex trail. His motto is: ''spool 'n' go!''
Ability: Turbo Power
This speed boost is what creates the swirling vortex trail.
Third born, and sister of Max and Turbo Rpm Star. Aka Little Lil. Her motto is: ''faster than all the boys!''
Ability: Super Speed
Like Max, Lily is also able to finish first almost every time.
Clutch
Close friend of Max, Turbo, and Lily, Clutch isn't interested in going fast. Instead of racing, he is more of a prankster.
Ability: Tactician
Not shown often, but this allows him to be super intelligent. If used during a race, he can outsmart any of the other Star Racers.

Extremely competitive, and tries to be first off the line at the start of every race. His motto is: ''I'm lightning fast!'' When it comes to the trio, he is more or less neutral with them.
Ability: Lightning
This allows him to temporarily match the speed of Max. When activated, his trail resembles a lightning bolt.
Serpentine
Also known as The Dazzling Green Racer. She likes to boast about all the times she has beat Max to the finish line.
Ability: Dazzle
This ability allows her to create a blinding star trail that can be used to throw off the other Star Racers. This is how she is able to sometimes beat Max and his Super Speed.
Given the nickname Fiery Hothead by the other star racers. Piston is very passionate about racing. As such, he can't stand loosing. This fiery trait is even shown when he wins the race. However, outside of racing, he is usually level headed.
Ability: Portal
With this ability, he can temporary open a portal by superheating his body temp while at full speed. He can only do this two times a day. So if the race is short enough, he has a high chance of winning.
Gauge And Legion 8 Origin
Like most stories, there are going to be villains to oppose the main characters. Known as Legion 8, these eight stars will stop at nothing to win. Their source of power is know as Negative. They are always seen with a white negative energy glow.
Gauge is the founder and leader of Legion 8. Originally, Gauge was a member of the Star Racers. He was also very good friends with Max. After not being able to win any races, he became very troubled. This made him start to dislike his fellow Star Racers, and it ultimately lead to him disappearing from the boulevard. What he didn't realize, is that he was more than capable of going just as fast as Max. Gauge later returned to Star BLVD, but things were much different. He returned with seven other stars that were all using a mysterious new power that would come to be know simply as Negative. Gauge and the other seven members hold a grudge against the Star Racers, as well as King. Though similar in appearance to the other Legion 8 members, Gauge is identifiable by the three markings around his eyes.
Their Ability: Negative Energy Pulse And Void
Gauge's grudge has also lead to him trying to directly take on King. These attempts have all ended in failure due to the sheer power of King. Despite the power King, as well as Queen's power, Gauge continues to try and disrupt Star BLVD on a regular basis. Most of the time, Max or one of the other Star Racers is able to thwart these disruptions, but King will not hesitate to step in if needed.
Visiting The Other Boulevards

All Star BLVD residents have the ability to become personified. They do this to see the racing capabilities of mankind. They can even spawn their own race cars to compete against or show us what true racing looks like.
